Lead accountant

Responsibilities include performing account analysis, approving account reconciliations, preparing accounting statements and reports, and coordination and management of account reporting and filings. Plans, coordinates and resolves accounting matters with other Accounting members, departments, locations and divisions.
Qualifications & experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in the English language
• Computer Literacy: MS Office, particularly Excel
• ERP System (SAP, Oracle or QAD)
• 4-5 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems
• Experience of working in a shared service center across a global /large organization will be an added advantage
