You will liaise with COEs and Field Stakeholders globally for gathering, documenting, and testing EACH ROLE project requirements for Skills Configuration in SABA(HIVE). And you will work with BTA/System Admin, WWRACE teams, and the relevant Role team members to complete project tasks.

Required Skills
•Prior hands-on Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
•Must have experience working on implementing a learning management system preferably (SABA(HIVE), or other similar LMS, Tableau.
•Must have general functional educational and content management systems, and related tools.
•Previous experience working as an analyst on supporting Legal IT projects.
•Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Must have experience presenting to senior management.
•Project Management experience highly desired.
•Education: 4-year degree in Information Management, MIS, or related field.

Responsibilities:
•Assists and conducts requirement workshops and other requirement-gathering sessions with various customer business units, typically on-site.
•Documents and presents the results from requirement workshops and requirement-gathering sessions in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) for each Role as well as analyzes, collaborates on the design.
•Ensures business requirements, gaps, design, and testing issues are properly communicated between the vendor, implementation manager, project manager and technical team members.
•Participates in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
•Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements Document.
•Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts. Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
•Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary. Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive
