We look for a Marketplace Operations Specialist In . Heredia. 1 year (with possibility of being extended). You will own the customer enablement and maintenance of third- party marketplace applications that are integrated with company’s back office systems. These applications provide an alternate customer user interface for Service Providers and Distribution Partners to access and transact business with resellers and customers seeking to purchase company solutions for their organizations. Contributing to new marketplace and existing
marketplace upgrade project requirements and
business models, business process documentation and
improvement in the process and functions of
company’s Third-party Marketplace SaaS Operations.
Working with GTM teams, business units and GEO
teams to support the EUC Marketplace.Thriving on execution, collaboration, and have a bias for continuous improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical developments in
back office systems that impact the marketplace applications and integration layers
are understood and resolved to prevent Marketplace service interruptions.
Collaborating with Third-party Marketplace vendors on platform development and
enhancements, reporting back to Business Unit and Information Technology Leads
to determine impacts to the Marketplace integration layer with the company back

What we need from you:
Managing the Vendor configurations including Vendor portal configurations, SKU
maintenance, and change management in all Third-party Marketplace applications
ensuring configuration validity and Marketplace catalog accuracy.
Reviewing monthly price book changes applying applicable changes to impacted
Catalogs.
Communicating with our Sales Teams, partners/carriers and external customers
regarding request for additional or new VMware SKUs in a Marketplace catalog.
Working with distribution teams, sales teams and business operations teams

Requisitos para aplicar

- Advanced English level
- University Bachelors Degree (PM, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related)
- Strong Process improvement experience
- Experience in channel focused environment.
- Experience with subscription selling environments and infrastructure software/service
-  MS Office Suite, MS Excel for Data Analysis
- Collaboration tools like MS Teams , Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
