Ability to provide direct operational support of managed services customers, maintaining ownership and a deep technical knowledge Maintain deep technical knowledge of multiple technologies within a shared environment and customer dedicated environments. Ability to lead and direct vendors to assist them in their efforts. Experience working in an environment with multiple filers, in production, development and staging arenas

Requisitos para aplicar

1. Minimum 3 years of diverse storage environment experience (Netapp, EMC, IBM, Hitachi, Oracle ZFS and HP 3PAR storage devices). Experience supporting SAN Switches (Brocade and/or Cisco). Detailed knowledge of RAID, SCSI, SAN, and NAS Basic IP security structures regarding disk and tape storage.
