This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing general administrative for FSC office and direct administrative support to the country manager. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinates the day-to-day administrative activities for the office, including the following functions: word processing, travel arrangements; coordination of meeting schedules (Central America calendar); filing; invoicing; and storage space organization.
Maintains confidential financial records and documents for the regional office.
In charge of FSC & VC budget administration (bank accounts in USD and colones).
Government operation permits compliance
Negotiates the purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipment (server, telephone system, gas, water and others) May conduct analyses to determine comparative costs, as needed.
In charge of coffee mark out administration.
Maintains accurate records for all vendor contracts, costs and inventories. Vendor payments
Performs basic accounting and accounts payable functions, coordinating with Starbucks Support Center and other company accounting offices as needed
Invoices follow up, revisions and payments with country manager approval.
Electronic invoices escalation to CR Consulting and Government compliance.
Credit Card payments
Petty Cash administration
Provides administrative support for the director or general manager, including coordinating calendar, planning meetings, maintaining confidential files; making travel arrangements; preparing materials for meetings; opening and sorting of mail, coordination of presentations and communication materials.
Serves as a primary point of contact for the office. Answers questions and directs requests to appropriate partners. May at as a host and facilitator for meetings.

Qualifications
Business Administration background (University or diploma/certification)
At least 5 years working on transnational environment.
Experience with agronomy companies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Team work oriented
Demonstrated Customer Service skills
Bilingual in English at least 80% minimum and Spanish
