Operations Staff


Responsibilities

• Receipt and input of all new sales order into the ERP system

• Communication with customers including an acknowledgement of receipt of order as well as any initial ship dates, back-order items, and any order updates.

• Coordinate with outside sales team regarding any orders and shipments

• Communicate with the warehouse that a new order is in the system

• Monitor staging status to ensure order will meet scheduled ship date

• Order outside freight to deliver product for specific delivery date

• Ensure all documentation is correct for shipping to customer - BOL, Packing List

• General inventory control and counting procedures

• Communicate with production on back ordered items

• Input data across multiple manufacturing and data tracking systems

Requisitos para aplicar

Required Skills and Experience

• English B2

• High degree of accuracy in data entry

• Moderate to extensive Microsoft Office products and Windows knowledge

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to multitask and be organized, detailed-oriented, and motivated

• Must be able to handle high volumes of voice/email/written correspondence
