Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform operational support within the Partner Experience, Strategy and Trasnsformation team, focused on Investments and incentives, specially Development Funds KPI QA, reporting, project management and improvements but also expanding scope when needed depending on business needs.
• Analyze, audit, research and resolutions proposals creation oriented to process and efficiency issues within the organization.
• Assess and improve the adoption of strong success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within our functional teams.
• Identifies areas of improvement and follows with project execution.
• Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information and documents.
• Creates and improves complex reporting by automating and escalating available tools and reports.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Provides programmatic support as needed, and overall, enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explores opportunities to add value aiming to drive superior partner and internal customer experience and accelerate Company's journey to a Cloud-based and As-a-Service consumption of IT.

Requisitos para aplicar


• Industrial engineer or administrator with 5+ years in Sales, Channel or Marketing in high tech or Partner Operations.
• Strong, proven Project Management skills and experience, involving cross-organization teamwork to deliver strong outcomes.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and interact with upper management.
• Demonstrated very strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with large and complex data, to create, run, extract summarized analysis and present in concise, actionable recommendation to management.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated in a cross-functional, results-focused and fast-paced environment
• Ability to mobilize and activate all the available resources from our broad internal ecosystem in a collaborative and effective way.
• Hands on experience with Data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau and CRMs such ** **********.*** or other.
• Proficient with the extended MS Office Suite and ability to create reports and presentations to management.
• Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance. Self-taught.
• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements.
