We look for a Partner Incentives Specialist In, Heredia. 1 year (with possibility of being extended). We look for high energy, customer-oriented individuals to support company channel partners and company’s own channel sales and marketing on company’s Partner Connect program. The Global Partner Operations Specialist will manage company’s Partner Incentive MDF reimbursement program supporting all geographies, to address escalations, exceptions and measure and track programmatic KPIs. Duties: -Providing operational support on Partner Incentive programs for sales and marketing teams.
-Being the point of contact for escalations and exceptions on Partner Incentive programs.
-Managing and consolidating incentive platform portal functionality issues and requests.
-Creating and running transactional reports on Partner
- Incentive program metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
-Monitoring Partner Incentive Program’s adoption, usage, and effectiveness.
-Sending call to action and reminder emails to the appropriate teams.
-Working with company 3rd party Incentive portal vendor teams on program changes, operational processes, system access, MDF claim audits, payment issues and functionality updates.
- Working with Field Partner Ops Specialists in other GEOs on process improvements, process standardization and best practices.
- Working with the Partner Support Center (PSC) and Partner Connect support team to collect Partner feedback on the Incentive Programs, operational processes, and tool functionality.
-Consolidating and sharing findings with the Program managers, Process managers, and the field sales and marketing teams.
-Sharing and disseminating program changes and updates from Corporate and provide training to the field sales and marketing teams.

Requisitos para aplicar

- 3+ years in Sales, Channel or Marketing Operations at a high-tech company.
- Advanced English Level B2+
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and interact with upper management.
-Excellent Analytical skills with the ability to create, run, analyze and summarize reports for management.
-Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail.
-Self-motivated in a cross-functional, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Hands on experience with PRM systems, Sales Force experience preferred.
-Proficient with MS Office Suite and ability to create reports and presentations to management.
- Be professional, responsive to program and field sales needs, and goal oriented.
