The pre-sales representative has one of the most important roles in our company, acting as the first touch to our potential customers. Our program is committed to training and developing with a solid foundation that will allow you to be successful in future roles at Experian.

Working in a team environment with sales and marketing, you are responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns. You’ll be in integral part of helping the company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue.

**Major Job Functions:
--Reach out to our marketing leads/ prospective clients by email, social media or phone
--Identify business opportunities and connect them with account executives
--Identify client’s needs, understanding the value proposition of Experian’s solutions.
--Report on the success of campaigns and lead generation activities
--Accurately enter your activity in our CRM (
--Participate in ongoing sales, business, and technical training sessions to increase overall awareness of Experian’s solutions and go-to-market strategies.

--Effective communication – Ability to effectively communicate product benefits and competitive advantages to prospective clients. Ability to tailor message to client needs and pain points.
--Persuasion skills – Ability to overcome objections and influence prospective clients to attend an appointment and evaluate Experian product and services.
--Fast learner- Curiosity and ability to learn new information about solutions and sales processes

Requisitos para aplicar

--Highschool Diploma required
--2+ years of previous customer facing and sales experience
--Excellent interpersonal and professional English communication skills (B2+/C1 level)
--Personable, outgoing and friendly with excellent listening skills
--Competitive nature and coachable
--Ability to work in fast paced team environment
--Experience in sales or marketing a plus.
--Experience with CRM systems a plus, but not required, ************ **********.***
--Strong Microsoft Office skills a plus
--Previous business development experience in a B2B industry is highly desirable but not required
