Product owner

Descripción general

The person will be in charge of leading project about merchandise and new channel of sales.
-Main responsibilities:
*Defines the Product's vision and its strategy.
*Controls the product's budget.
*Is accountable to the quality of the product developed/deployed
*It takes the main decisions about the product and is responsible for its success.
*Product continuous improvement
*Defines product SLA (Application performance, support coverage)

Gathers the Business needs – Ensures that epics are translated into user stories small enough to be developed in one sprint (in case of scrum organization).
* Manages Product Owners to (co)write the user story with the Business Product Owner.
*Defines and order the Product Backlog.
*Plans how to realize the Backlog together with the team.
*Animates grooming session with development team about the user stories
*Helps on sizing the effort with the development team
*Ensures that retros are organized periodically for the team’s continuous improvement purpose.

Requisitos para aplicar

Bachelors degree in Systems engineering or related field
At least 3 + years of experience as an IT product owner
Intermediate to Advance english level
Desirable knowledge in agile methodologies
