Responsible for ensuring the work team of a specific shift, you must coordinate or escalate tasks such as quality problems, machinery instability, production line balances and personnel in charge. You must be the leader of the “Value Stream” by giving direction of the process, daily priorities and major escalations to management groups.
He must supervise the team of production leaders of his work shift, he is in charge of leading the communication between shifts and making synergies between teams in other areas. Among his work he must be the owner of the production process, coordinating transfer approvals, NPIs and validations in the process.

Responsibilities:

o Provide motivational leadership for department staff and develop the necessary skills of their leaders in charge.
o Delegate and continue the related activities in the designated area.
o Evaluate the work performance of the employees and the discipline and accompaniment, as necessary in their shift.
o Monitor and respond appropriately to the goals in order to meet the planned production objectives.
o Support corporate objectives to continually improve the capabilities of manufacturing personnel and morale.
o Root cause analysis for problem solving
o Knowledge and application of 5S.
o Apply analysis and strategy to meet the company's goals
o All other functions assigned to it.
o Ensure direct production indicators such as productivity, efficiencies, STR and absenteeism.
o Coordinate the work team as quality engineering, process and planing. It must be the person who does the synergy between the departments.
o Lead the Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings, be responsible for presenting the indicators to the management.
o Scale quality, maintenance and stability problems of different work areas. Follow the standard escalation process for machines and Yield.

Requisitos para aplicar

Education and Experience:

o Graduated as an Industrial Engineer or related career
o Minimum two years of experience is Supervisory positions.
o Must have a university degree.
o Have experience in Leam manufacturing or problem solving processes.
o Experience in personnel management and problem solving at HR level.

Qualifications:
o Proven understanding and mastery of a variety of technical manufacturing processes.
o Computational knowledge, including Excel and Word.
o Preferably with advanced English skills
o Ability to work under pressure, be organized and able to communicate effectively.
o Demonstrate excellent leadership and teamwork, judgment and decision making
o Initiative, creativity and focus on the challenges and opportunities that arise.
o Availability
o Focused on the continuous improvement of the process.
o Desirable knowledge in Lean manufacturing
