The position requires a self-starter with robust project management skills, great communications and presentation skills, and the ability to understand the sales process and work with a variety of stakeholders at both to document and solicit their requirements, feedback and commitment to execute projects.

• Assist the Global Channel Enablement business: in defining, validating and executing on global channel enablement initiatives. Evolves as a trusted advisor to Channel teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize enablement requirements aligned with synergy sales/business priorities
• Accountable for coordinating, scheduling, facilitating and delivery channel sales enablement for DTA partners
• Assist in developing strategies, frameworks and enablement plans focused on audience need, cross-functional consistency, and scalability. Able to represent geo business requirements, unique attributes and aligning them to corporate strategic goals.
• Execute and share best practices for ensuring excellence in sales facing aspects of learning and development
• Inventory current skills and abilities and prescribe role-based learning paths for specific Stakeholder channel partner roles in learning about Company.
• Provide feedback to channel leadership on Learning and Development and audience experience
• Continually measure the effectiveness of training, content, and delivery, while designing and executing plans for improvement

Requisitos para aplicar

Required Skills:
• 5-8 years in project management skills-- exceptional project management experience in a learning or enablement organization focused on field sales and partner projects.
• Proven experience planning, creating and deploying successful training and enablement projects and programs.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Sales Process and Operations experience
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple on-going projects at varying levels.
• Proven experience working with high-performing teams and stakeholders
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making ability.
• Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to initiate, lead, manage and conduct project activities, handle conflict resolution and drive consensus with a variety of management levels, and disciplines.
• Multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills must be strong due to the variety of tasks to be accomplished and the fast pace required to deliver successful briefings.
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
• Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with WebEx, PowerPoint and Excel required; experience with Smartsheet a plus
• BS/BA degree, preference for PMP certification
