Descripción general

The Training and Quality Assurance Executive is expected to support the Training and QA Team Leader and Manager in designing, rolling out, facilitating and undertaking training and coaching programmers when required, to provide a Customer Operations training and quality auditing service which develops existing best practice, ensures on-going performance tracking of Team Managers and staff.

Special Skills and Experience

Experience of quality monitoring tools or systems – a must.
Knowledge of on-line gaming industry – an advantage.
Strong planning, analytical and organizational capabilities.
Excellent communication skills (Written, verbal and presentational)
A ‘can do’ approach to quality monitoring and training challenges.
Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
Can work independently and within a team.
Doing basic RCA and reporting skills.

Education

Fluent in English – written and spoken to a good level Level C1
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,
Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
