Descripción general

The Quality Data Analyst is effectively responsible for executing the required analysis of the data obtained from the speechminer tool. Serving as the primary contact for the clients to understand key results to drive process improvements (Training, Quality & Operations) within the supported program. Selected candidates must be able to deliver business insights, trends and other relevant findings extracted from the available data. It is expected for this position to be able to understand, digest and model the speech miner data in order to provide value added results to satisfy the business needs.
