The Recruiter selected will be responsible for the End to End Recruitment process for different positions while working closely with Business Leaders, Human Resource (HR) and Hiring managers to execute their hiring plans.
About this role:
- This individual will also be responsible of overseeing the following processes:
- Candidates Sourcing
- Phone Screening/Interviews Coordination/Logistics
- Tests application
- Background checks
- Job postings
- Other processes that might be related to Recruitment./Human Resources
Desired Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have the following required knowledge and skills:
- University Degree or advanced student in Psychology, Human Resources, IT or relevant degree
- B1 English Level
- 3+ years of proven experience in Massive Recruitment with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment as well as expertise on understanding and explaining job requirements
- Proven experience conducting different type of interviews as well as applying recruitment tests
- Experience using Databases such as LinkedIn, elempleo.com, Workday
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Excellent Customer Services skills
- Excellent Communication skills (Written and verbally)
- Leadership, influencing and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong strategic thinking
- Ability to work well with metrics, numbers and trends
- Ability to prioritize and deliver upon multiple concurrent search projects
