The Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of 6+ Associates. The position demands an individual who is a right mix of Process, People & Stakeholder Management expert. This person must ensure efficient and effective service delivery & operations in the Tower.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing team operations and workload distribution.
Ensure all metrics are met and issues escalated appropriately.
Coordinate month end close activities with delivery on time and expected quality.
Review and approve dedicated deliverables.
Drive follow up and resolution with agreed timelines with customers, peers, and managers.
Maintain desktop procedures and local work instructions are updated in a timely manner.
Provide monthly metric reports accompanied by strategic insights.
Identify, develop, and coach direct reports to ensure high performing teams.
Maintain a positive working relationship between the internal customers and the requestors.

Requisitos para aplicar

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting required, advanced degree preferred.
Record to report process domain expertise and experience, specifically with Revenue & Cost Accounting.
3 years of experience in a Team Lead role.
Finance knowledge and expertise across all finance and accounting operations.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Financial Systems experience.
Fluent in English
