The Sales department is currently looking for applicants with a good understanding of the industry and previous experience within a Sales environment. As a performance-driven department, agents are required to continuously exceed the minimum expectations conveyed from Management. Successful agents will have a keen understanding of all Customer-facing information including Deposit Methods, Promotions, and general brand knowledge. Applicants who demonstrate a proficient Sales background and a passion for the Customer Experience will be strongly considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will:
Assist the customer in making a successful deposit on every interaction (but not limited to):

• Using up-to-date knowledge of all our deposits methods to influence the best possible outcomes in every interaction where a customer is not able to make the deposit on his own.
• Daily Outbound phone calls with the intention of helping clients’ make a successful deposit.
• Provide a high-level customer service experience to encourage client loyalty.
• Provide thoughtful feedback to Management during reviews to assure continuous improvement and efficiency of the department.
• Acting in the company’s best interest and making every effort to provide an excellent Customer-tailored experience resulting in a deposit.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS
• Post-secondary education
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or handling high end clients over the phone is a plus.
• Being able to work in a fast-paced Sales Environment
• Self-motivated and competitive nature
• Must be able to meet (and/or exceed) performance standards continuously
• Excellent understanding of product (gaming) and player (debtor) psychology
• Ability to profile clients to make the most of each interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as basic Internet understanding
• Familiar with Operations Panel and basic knowledge of Security/Payment Processing
