Senior human resources generalist

We're looking for our client Viant:
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for the creation and implementation of policies and conditions of employment for all positions within the company. Acts as a liason to provide recommendations to management. The position is also responsible for delivering HR solutions and services (guidelines, plans and policies) for effective HR management including talent acquisition & staffing, employee relations, HRMS, compensation & benefits and organizational development.

Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
? At least five years in the field experience preferred.
? At least 4 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
? Experience in massive recruitment is a must
? Fully bilingual English-Spanish.
? Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g.
Stack Overflow and Github)
? Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation
methods
? Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
? BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
