Roles and responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement of HR processes
- To search for management, high level positions.
- To present candidates to clients, mainly to multinational or large companies with high standard requirements.
- To distribute workloads amongst a team
- To make consultative selling of Human Resources services to new and existent clients.
- To manage the talent attraction team and to distribute workloads based on the expertise of each consultant.
- To follow-up on client satisfaction by means of surveys to detect improvement areas and new services that may be sold.
- To provide support to organizational development activities such as group coaching, team building, team alignment, programs, and workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in business administration with emphasis in Human Resources, Psychology or in a related field.
- Master’s degree (as a plus)
- Hogan certifications( as a plus)
- At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources. Solid knowledge of all general areas is a must.
- Preferably with experience in large domestic, transnational, or multinational companies.
- At least 3 years of experience in management position searches.
- Bilingual, b2+ or c1
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Experience in consultative selling.
- Coaching certificate (is a plus).
- Indispensable:
o Recruitment Experience
o Headhunting experience
o Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
o Experience in several industries: mass consumption, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and others. ,
Competences / Skills:
- Independent and self-sufficient.
- Great organizational capacity, result oriented, and detail oriented.
- Assertive communication, customer relations (networking), team work.
- Initiative, ability to solve problems, decision making.
- Team facilitation skills.
