Talent market intelligence analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, clean, and organize information from different sources related to labor markets and hiring trends.
• Maintain and update internal databases with information on competitors, market benchmarks, and talent insights.
• Create and support the delivery of reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the TA team to provide accurate and actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Track recruitment performance indicators and propose opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities that could impact recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, HR, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Curiosity about labor market trends, talent analytics, and HR data.
• Proactive attitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.
