Technical enablement associate

What your role will be like:

Our Technical Services Centre of Excellence is seeking a Technical Enablement Associate to plan, implement and manage the ongoing learning needs for our professional services Educational Sales & Delivery roles globally. This would include EMEA, APJ and AMER geographical locations.

You are responsible of:
• Working with leadership to translate business priorities into training and enablement needs.
• Developing and executing the quarterly training plans and track success.
• Identifying existing curriculum and update as required.
• Working with internal business partners to design relevant enablement content.
• Managing leadership and key stakeholder relationships.
• Measuring and reporting on enablement effectiveness.
• Assisting in the development and execution of enablement programs for individuals with a technical sales and services focus.
• Assisting in reporting KPIs that measure formal training completion and adoption of learning programs.
• Preparing enablement communication to the GEO’s (i.e. Newsletters).

What we need from you:

• Effective communications and project management experience preferred.
• Collaborative in nature, with a can-do attitude and positive outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to work in a global team and understand multiple cultural perspectives.
• Ability to work independently, use solid judgment, take broad concepts and create “client-ready” deliverables.
• Knowledge of SABA or some form of LMS preferred.
• Experience of VMware products and solutions is preferred but not required.
• IT industry experience preferred.
• This role is remote based. Some travel will be required.
