Descripción general

At least 1 years of experience in Technical Support Representative. Preferred At least 2 year of experience in handling Technical Support voice.
Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiry and/or trouble reports.
Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features within the fiber and/or copper network Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports.
Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment.

Requisitos para aplicar

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
ENGLISH ADVANCED (C1 REQUESTED).
