Each agent must answer customer's inquiries about different types of products and services by different channels (voice, chat, email and social media. This person must document each interaction and provide technical support to the customers. Diagnose and resolve 1st and 2nd level technical issues efficiently and professionally. Strive for first contact resolution.
Education and specific Training:
• Bachelors degreee
Work experience:
• 1-2 years’ experience in call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills, required.
• 1-2 years’ experience providing product technical support preferred
Skills, Knowledge, Aptitudes
• Mid-High level of technical knowledge on Win,Mac and iOs Devices
• High level of typing skills
• Multitasking skills
• Great customer service skills and communication etiquette
• Be able to work under pressure • Demonstrate accurate Data entry at minimum 40 words per minute. Ability to listen, and type simultaneously is critical.
• Demonstrate computer technical knowledge and competencies applied to supporting Windows and Macintosh hardware and operating systems (display settings, video cards, compatibility with operating systems)
