Descripción general

• At least 1 year of experience in handling call center/technical support processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in facilitating classroom style training on sales and customers service techniques, enhancements, etc. in a contact center environment
• Developing and maintaining training tools, including worksheets, templates, databases, and reports
• Facilitating role play sessions
• Using a variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness
• Monitoring trainees' knowledge before and after training to help determine follow-up training required
• Providing mentorship, continuing education and ongoing training for existing sales and customer service representatives
• Working one-on-one with operations and customer service reps to reinforce skills taught during training sessions

Requisitos para aplicar

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in call center/contact center
• Advance level in English language – C1 minimum
