Descripción general

• Review internal customer translation requests through email and an internal tool.
• Evaluate translation files (Word, excel, PDF, etc) and perform an audit of the request and get clarification on requester expectations as needed.
• Align requests with requester to ensure the translation meets user needs and maximizes costs.
• Perform dispatching of translation orders to external vendors in accordance to requester expectations/needs.
• Perform vendor management through email.
• Negotiate delivery dates with requesters based on the complexity of the request and the available capacity.
• Confirms with vendor the agreement on the file and request an ETA to deliver the material.
• Review costs and align with internal customers.

Requisitos para aplicar

• 1-2 years of work experience as a translator (Mandatory)
• Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Marketing (Mandatory)
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills (C1+) any other language is beneficial ( Mandatory)
• Proficient understanding and use of Microsoft Office, email and chat technologies.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to plan ahead and work adequately to meet tight deadlines.
• Follow procedures based on process documentation.
• Ability to work independently and to work collaborative within a team.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability and complete discretion.
