Descripción general

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for assisting with the timely and accurate accumulation of payroll data. This will be accomplished by assisting the Payroll Coordinators with the processing of the payroll for all exempt and non-exempt employees. Essential responsibilities may include; administering the Time & Attendance system processing and maintaining data in ADP processing and responding to garnishments data entry in ADP PayForce receiving and uploading files from Fidelity processing of incoming mail and e-mails as well as the printing of payroll paperwork received in both e-mail and on a shared drive.

Essential Job Functions Job Function

1. Administering processing and maintaining data in Time & Attendance System

2. Coordinates with Department Supervisors/Managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of hours to be paid via Time & Attendance System

3. Assists with the audits of payroll data entry & employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.

4. Ensures timely and accurate administration of responding to employee garnishments including notification to employees upon receipt of new garnishments.

5. Assists with preparing spreadsheets for entry of Third Party Sick Pay

6. Assists with preparing spreadsheets for entry of Relocation payments

7. Answers general employee inquiries related to pay checks

8. Executes interfaces between Kronos and ADP.

9. Acts as point of contact for the Time and Attendance System.

10. Provides assistance to Payroll Specialist for the entry and audit of paydata batches on payroll processing week.

Scope of Position Responsibilities For Internal and External Relationships:

The Payroll analyst interacts with some levels of HR Department Supervisors/Managers and their respective employees. The Payroll analyst may also interact with outside vendors at ADP and other vendors as required.

Requisitos para aplicar


1. 1 year of payroll experience at a large company (1500+ employees)

2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in english

3. Ability to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information

4. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

5. Experience with ADP Payforce and Kronos Time & Attendance system desired

6. US Payroll Experience desired


Completed or in progress degree in Accounting or Business Administration related field or equivalent.
