About the role:
Regional ambassador for the global Meetings & Events (M&E) program across the assigned region (LATAM). Serve as a trusted regional advocate for the M&E program, helping to drive adoption, alignment, and expansion of services in partnership with regional stakeholders.
Seeking individuals with experience in meeting management, stakeholder engagement, and/or business process optimization. This role requires collaboration functionally and geographically within the region to identify opportunities to enhance program value.

Responsibilities include:
• Program Advocacy & Promotion - Act as the regional ambassador for the global M&E program—communicating its value, benefits, and strategic goals to business units and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, compliance, procurement, finance) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Mapping - Identify key stakeholders across the region, assess influence and needs, and develop tailored engagement strategies to support M&E program awareness and adoption.
• Business Process Mapping & Optimization - Analyze existing regional meeting planning workflows, identify areas for standardization and improvement, and work closely with global and local teams to implement best practices.
• Regional Expansion Strategy -Support the strategic expansion of M&E program services by identifying regional needs, advocating for appropriate service models, and ensuring readiness for implementation.
• Change Management - Lead change management efforts for program enhancements, ensuring clear communication, training, and adoption strategies across the region.
• Reporting & Metrics - Monitor and report on key performance indicators, regional engagement, and program uptake, using data insights to influence decisions and continuous improvement.

Minimal qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in meeting & event management, project management, sourcing, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with a strong understanding of regional business dynamics in LATAM.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional regional language skills are beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:
• Event meeting management software
• Experience with shared service support models
