Descripción We are seeking a Coordinator for an international surrogacy agency. This is not just an operational role. It is a deeply human position with meaningful impact on families who dream of becoming parents. You will serve as a key point of contact throughout an emotional and complex journey, ensuring clarity, structure, and compassionate support at every stage. ?? Key Responsibilities: Maintain direct, ongoing communication with international intended parents. Guide families through each phase of the surrogacy process with clarity and empathy. Coordinate with clinics, legal teams, and international partners to ensure smooth execution. Monitor timelines, documentation, and milestones to guarantee process accuracy. Provide structured follow-up and proactive updates. Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and emotional intelligence. Ensure high-quality service standards and seamless client experience. This role requires both operational precision and human warmth. ?? What we are looking for: Fully bilingual English (spoken and written) – mandatory. Strong service orientation and client-first mindset. High emotional intelligence and empathy. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Clear, structured communication. Professional maturity, accountability, and sound judgment. Industry background is not a limiting factor. We value mindset, empathy, and professionalism above sector experience. ?? What we offer: Fixed salary between COP $4,000,000 – $5,000,000 per month. On-site position in Bogotá. Monday to Friday schedule. ??
