Descripción Endpoint Specialist Colombia, Bogotá | Hybrid We’re looking for an Endpoint Specialist to own enterprise endpoint governance and security compliance across our workstation fleet. This role will serve as the administrator of ManageEngine Endpoint Central, driving 95%+ patch compliance, ensuring Windows lifecycle alignment, and proactively reducing the organization’s vulnerability surface. **Key Responsibilities - Lead automated patch management - Manage Windows Feature Updates & lifecycle compliance - Monitor and maintain security agents (Qualys, Snow or similar tools) - Partner with Infrastructure teams to align GPOs and Business Units - Act as technical POC for SOC alerts and endpoint incident triage - Conduct high-risk software audits and vulnerability remediation - Build compliance and trend reports (Endpoint Central + Excel) **What We’re Looking For - 2+ years managing ManageEngine Endpoint Central or similar UEM tools - Advanced English level - Strong experience in automated patching & compliance reporting - Advanced Windows administration knowledge (Pro & Enterprise) - Solid understanding of Active Directory & GPOs - Experience supporting vulnerability/security tools - Strong analytical and incident triage skills This is a high-impact role within Security & Infrastructure, ideal for someone who enjoys automation, compliance excellence, and proactive endpoint governance.
