Descripción ?? We're Hiring: IT DevOps Engineer (Hybrid in Bogotá) We’re looking for an experienced IT DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bogotá - Colombia. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between cloud architects, regional/local IT teams, and business stakeholders—supporting the modernization of applications for cloud-based deployments and modern authentication. ?? What You’ll Do * Configure and install servers and software. * Monitor and manage server, network, and storage performance. * Respond to alarms and incidents across infrastructure layers. * Collaborate with server, storage, workstation, and application teams with a focus on security compliance. * Create and maintain server/network documentation, processes, and procedures. * Manage Office365, Teams, and SharePoint setup, security, and monitoring. * Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. ?? What You Bring * 2+ years of hands-on experience in complex IT environments. * Strong knowledge of IT services in enterprise ecosystems. * AWS operations & infrastructure experience. * Linux/Windows administration + scripting (DSC preferred). * Solid experience with Kubernetes/EKS. * Monitoring tools: DataDog, Icinga, Nagios, etc. * Identity & access management with Azure AD. * Automation tools: Terraform, DSC, Ansible, Helm, Azure DevOps. * CheckPoint Firewall management. * GitOps mindset + experience in software distribution/packaging. * Strong networking fundamentals. * Advanced English level. ?? Education * BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience, OR * Associate degree with 3+ years of experience
