Descripción The Support Software Engineer is responsible for building software components which allow the backup of business requirements as well as integration with the company`s products and solutions. The imperative of this role is agile and quality integration at functional and non-functional levels while keeping the customer an end-users as the main priorirty. 1. Understand, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software issues reported by clients and/or staff 2. Apply and utilize knowledge gained from industry/product expertise and technical understanding to quickly identify issues and render solutions 3. Provide an outstanding customer experience at all times 4. Assists with installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of software products. 5. Provide an outstanding customer experience at all times 6. Design and implement software components in compliance with the business requirements and user demands. 7. Detect and solve common identified mistakes over the implemented (productive) modules. 8. Give constant support for product and functionality definitions Knowledge SQL .NET HTML + JavaScript BPM tools (Bizagi preferred) BI (Power BI or others) PHP
