Descripción As a Resource Manager at Aprio, you will be pivotal in ensuring optimal resource allocation both onshore and offshore, project delivery, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess resource needs, optimize resource utilization, and drive strategic workforce planning initiatives. This role ensures smooth client service and workforce stability by efficiently integrating new business advisory, tax and accounting professionals into the firm's systems and workflows. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Professional certification (e.g., RMCP, PMP, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in resource management, data management, and workforce planning, preferably within a professional services firm or accounting environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and workforce metrics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management across varied time zones. Proficiency in Power BI, resource management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong business acumen and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse personalities and stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize competing demands. Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and a team-first mindset to support effective workforce optimization, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
