What You’ll Do
As our FCL Export Operations Analyst, you will drive seamless cargo workflows by managing:
Preparation of weekly load plans for rail and ocean consolidation shipments
Processing of dock receipts and comprehensive freight documentation
AES filings and transmission of forwarding instructions to carriers
Coordination with shippers and arrangement of pick-ups to various Container Freight Stations (CFS)
Monitoring of cargo integrity, damages, and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) documentation
End-to-end billing, pre-alerts, and proactive milestone updates for clients
We build weekly consolidation boxes to destinations like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Honolulu, and more—leveraging our own IPI rail programs and partner facilities.
Key Requirements
Experience: Proven background in export operations (FCL focus preferred)
Expertise: Deep knowledge of Incoterms and international export documentation
Language: Advanced English Test score and professional communication skills
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and proficiency with AES filing and freight booking platforms
