Excelentes beneficios corporativos About the Role We are looking for a Bilingual HR Assistant / Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team and support key people processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, occupational health & safety (SST), and payroll coordination, ensuring an exceptional employee experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions. Post job openings, manage candidate pipelines, and support hiring managers during the selection process. Onboarding & Offboarding Prepare and execute the onboarding process: documentation, induction schedules, system access, and new-hire follow-ups. Support offboarding tasks including exit documentation and coordination with internal teams. HR Administration Maintain employee records, contracts, and digital documentation. Prepare reports and support compliance with internal HR policies. Payroll & Compensation Support Collect and validate payroll inputs (novedades, ausencias, licencias). Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing. Occupational Health & Safety (SST) Support compliance with SST requirements and documentation. Assist in coordinating training, evaluations, and workplace safety programs. Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist or assistant roles). Experience supporting: ? Recruitment ? Onboarding ? HR administrative processes ? Payroll coordination ? SST basics Bilingual (English – B2 or above). Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a people-first mindset. Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multiple internal areas.
