Descripción Bilingual Executive Assistant Bogotá - Hybrid We’re looking for a high-impact professional to combine executive support, office administration, and financial operations, working closely with the Colombia Country Lead and regional teams. This is not a traditional admin role — it’s a strategic position with strong exposure to finance, internal controls, and regional coordination. **What you’ll do - Act as the right hand to the Country Lead (agenda, communications, executive support). - Own the Purchase Order (PO) process (Ariba, Candex, AX). - Ensure financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls (Trintech, Esker). - Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, HR, ITP, and global teams. - Manage vendors, administrative contracts, and corporate services. - Support executive events and key corporate processes. **What we’re looking for - Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. - 3–5+ years in Executive Assistant / Office Admin / Financial Support roles. - Strong experience with PO management and financial processes. - Upper-intermediate English (B2+). - Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset. **Why join? - Direct exposure to country leadership and LATAM operations. - Hybrid role across strategy, finance, and operations. - Real impact on business efficiency and governance.
