QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of a Licenciatura degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field of study. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills and the ability to live and work successfully in a diverse, multicultural and multilingual community. Excellent self- and time-management skills. The ability to understand the context of Pan-American School in relation to the school’s strategic goals and IB pedagogical practice. A commitment to delivering a world-class educational experience for the students that we serve. Prior experience working in Secondary setting is highly desired.
