Descripción Ensures that the facilities cleaning is established and deployed within NDC in accordance with recognized international standards. Manages janitors and provides strategic direction regarding organizational objectives. Communicates effectively with various internal and external key contacts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ? Helps on the definition of departmental budgets, both operating and capital regarding cleaning. ? Is responsible for the cleaning of the production areas that include cleanrooms. ? Manages routine cleaning reviews of plant. ? Creates and revises business practice documentation as appropriate. ? Performs self inspections of own work. ? When applicable, follows standard operating procedures for all tasks. ? Has completed all appropriate safety and environmental hazard training. ? Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
Requisitos: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: College degree preferred or currently studying. Two to four years of related experience. Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to lead and manage self-directed work teams. Ability to audit areas identifies non-compliance to requirements, and develop/oversee action plans for corrective action. Excellent written and oral English communication skills required. Able to read blueprints schematics and drawings. Must understand and have ability to analyze production lines. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
