About the role: As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support across a wide range of technologies, ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrastructure and end-user systems. What You'll Do: • Provide timely, efficient, and professional technical assistance and follow-up to internal and external users through channels such as email, chat, phone, and ticket management tools. • Diagnose and resolve basic and advanced issues in Windows and MacOS operating systems. • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and uptime. • Assist in software installation, infrastructure upgrades, patching • Provide first-level support for multiple platforms such as: audio and video, LAN and WiFi networks, Servers, Power and Cooling equipment and collaboration solutions. • Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures. • Troubleshoot connectivity issues (networks, remote access, etc.). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests. • Manage technology assets and accessories, ensuring traceability and control. • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of user satisfaction. • Escalate complex issues to second-level support or vendors as needed. What You'll Bring: • Technical degree or bachelor’s in computer science, Networking, Technical Support, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or similar roles. • Strong experience with Windows operating systems and the Office 365 platform. • Intermediate knowledge of MacOS operating systems. • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Proxy) and basic cybersecurity principles. • Experience with Windows Servers support. • Experience using ticket management tools. • English B2/B1+ Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AV systems and phone technologies • Experience with Wireless and data center support • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Experience with Copilot and AI-based tools. • Experience in inventory and asset management. • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform. • Certifications such as SCRUM Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft 365.
