Learning Specialist – Remote, Costa Rica
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Costa Rica (Remote & Flexible)
Experience Required: 5–7 years
Position is focused on learning program strategy, supporting program launch plans
Background should be like Learning and development Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
?? Support the strategy and launch of learning programs
?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution
?? Deliver projects with a high level of attention to detail and organization
Must-Have Skills:
Exceptional communication skills in English
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Slides
Strong project management capabilities
