Responsibilities
As a uniquely qualified candidate, your main responsibilities will be:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers, networks, and computer systems.
• Ensure the proper functioning of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and internet connectivity. Troubleshoot network issues and manage firewalls, switches, and routers.
Required Skills
• Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment.
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Sound judgment and decision making, problem solving, flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and strong quality orientation
• Hands-on professional.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment to accomplish goals while multitasking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a customer-focused sense of urgency
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
