Perform basic troubleshooting as required to resolve customers network issue.
Accept electronic cases for all Juniper customers. Perform basic troubleshooting as required to resolve customers network issues
Lab development for solve customer issues
Self-development on Juniper certifications
Case ownership and Backlog Control.
Provide timely and informative case updates to customers both verbally and electronically.
Update and document relevant case fields during the lifecycle of the case.
Full customer case technical documentation.
Escalate to TSE-III or higher when technical limits have been reached in case.

- 90% english level
- High school diploma
- CCNA
- 1 year of experience in security
