Job description:

Answer phones to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Answer phones and proactively call customers to assist with registrations and respond to customer requests. Place customer orders in computer system. Provide customers with product and service information. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved. Complete call logs and reports. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.

Requisitos para aplicar

Requirements:


- 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- 1-3 years of Customer facing (inbound/outbound), Microsoft excel/Word
- Organization, follow up/scheduling, detailed oriented.
- Must speak and write Spanish/Portuguese/English, Salesforce experience a plus, customer registration.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent to experience.
- Portguese is a plus.
