Bachelor Degree in Administration or a related area
Work experience:
Previous experience in all of the full recruitment and selection life cycle so it can be supported and will be able to make decisions according to the industry needs and circumstances.
Prior management experience with the ability to lead a team of recruiters.
Minimum 1 - 2 years in administration, human resources, call center management, performance management and / or recruitment and selection
Special Certifications (if appropriate; identify if required to perform the job or just preferred)
