The ICG KYC Communications Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of an internal communications strategy aligned with the KYC strategic business plan which requires open lines of communication within the ICG KYC Utility, into the ICG business, and amongst our key stakeholders.

The ICG KYC Communications Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the internal ICG KYC communications site (Jive) and will play a crucial role in supporting the OnceKYC communications strategy inclusive of regular enhancements releases of the CitiKYC technical application, including the interprestation of technology content into a format that can be understood by the end user (BSU and Coverage)

This role reports into the global director of training and communications.Liaise closely with key stakeholders including Global Consumer Bank (GCB), Technology, Compliance, and Corporate Communications, Written Communications

• Produce and distribute internal communications to KYC stakeholders / end users. This includes liaising with stakeholders to serve as counsel and appropriately understand the targeted audience
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR and QBR respectively), representing timely updates from Communications and Training, as well as Market Segments teams where appropriate.
• Identify, manage, and create distribution populations
• Assist with ad hoc Communications projects in support of other Utility groups, as needed, including Market Segment and KYC Utility Head.

Website Management
• Responsible for the content, quality, design and style of a robust internal site on the Collaborate/Jive Platform that best represents the OneKYC Program and CitiKYC Platform for the ICG as well as the ICG KYC Utility while ensuring Citi standards, branding guidelines, and policies are met
• Perform day-to-day maintenance of the website including: debugging issues that arise with the performance of the website, trou

Experience understanding and interpreting Web Analytics
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills, preferably in more than one language
• Project management experience a plus
• Highly experienced with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Poin, SharePoint) as well as Adobe Pro
• Experience with Social Media platforms such as Jive
• Task-oriented and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with versatile ability to communicate to multiple audiences / levels of seniority.

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills a must
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment, often with ambiguity
