Accenture is looking for qualified and experienced people to join an application support team to provide support to one of our foundation clients in Costa Rica. This team will work to support this client both in Costa Rica and in the USA and it´s part of a global Accenture support team that provides this service round the clock.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Load and Application Monitoring
• Issue (Ticket) Management and Resolution
• Incident management (including coordination and communication)
• Support deployment activities during releases
• Support business events and key projects go-live
Successful applicants will have strong English communication skills; work collaboratively in a global environment and work proactively with business and IT stakeholders to drive issues to resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent, plus industry experience in business application support and development required.
• 5+ years of experience in Requirement gathering and automating the different verticals compensation process through Varicent sales performance management tool.
• Support and maintenance experience of already existing business’s compensation process.
• Working experience on end to end implementation.
• Experience in building new Compensation plans, Presenter Reports, webforms.
• Deep understanding and working knowledge on different modules in Varicent such as Schedulers, imports, Calendars and Composer etc.
• Knowledge in designing database as per the system’s requirement on Varicent.
• Environment: Varicent 8.0 , SQL Server. Added EBS knowledge will be advantage.
• Knowledge on Issue Triaging by deep diving in Model.
