The Quality Analyst is a collaborator with a strong background in a product data market (web scale), such as data analysis and verification, perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Advance English/Portuguese and Excel skills to review customer’s data.
Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and classroom trainings. Perform data entry. Data analysis and verification. Customer Service. Provide Trainings / Coaching / Refresher Required Experience Advance English and Portuguese Proven knowledge in Quality Assurance of data entry Proven knowledge implementing strategies to amelliorate SLA´s and KPI´s 1-3 years of experience on data analysis, quality assurance: 5 Why’s, Paretto, RCA’s, RETRO, TNA, etc. Knowledge in Quality Services and People management experience is a plus. SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookups, macros). Gathers team metrics. Effective Communication Attention to detail. Customer Service. Team Work Training Skills Adaptability Creative Problem-Solving
