What you’ll do:
A new framework for conducting Advisory Services has been developed. We are searching for a candidate to support the Advisory Services projects Execution and Monitoring with the objective of carrying out the Corporate and Project- related Procurements processes in the Advisory Services. You will be responsible for proactively supporting project managers in procurement and payment activities, ensure the highest standards of data quality in systems and databases, and support the continuous improvement of advisory services processes. This is critical to ensure efficient and timely services provided to our internal and external clients.

What you’ll need:
• Academic Degree/ Level & Years of Professional Work Experience: Technical studies or associate
degree and at least two (2) years of relevant professional experience.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
• Areas of Expertise: Business administration, finance, economics, information systems or other
relevant discipline.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in spreadsheet and database programs (Microsoft Office) are required.
Knowledge of IDB administrative systems is a plus.
o Strong organizational capability with an ability to carry out multiple and detailed tasks.
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Team player, with ability to contribute to multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams.
