Senior Business Analyst

This is a hybrid, permanent position located in AFZ, La Aurora, Heredia. Administrative schedule from Mondays through Thursdays from 7am to 5pm, Fridays from 7am to 3pm.

-About the position-
•Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand product data needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
•Define and document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and data requirements for the Enterprise Product Hub .
•Analyse product data flows across source systems, and downstream platforms to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
•Conduct impact assessments to ensure proposed changes support business outcomes and enterprise product data objectives Delivery & Solution Enablement.
•Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers, QA teams, and delivery partners to support successful delivery in an Agile environment.

-Requirements-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally supporting enterprise data, commercial systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
English level: C1 (Advanced)
