Descripción general

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare a variety of complex financial statements. Prepare financial reports according to the stakeholder’s guidelines. The senior has to coordinate with FP&A, and Supply Chain groups their reports and needs, and he had to provide insight and recommendations according to the financial results.
Accounting Support: The senior has to prepare and perform several journal entries for their stakeholders. The person has to calculate and coordinate the figures, before post them. Additionally the responsible has to review other department entries as a cross check analysis.
Supply Chain support: Lead the consolidation of the full-time employees and temporary labor workforce for different corporate functions, in order to determine the financial impact in actuals/budget. Explain to the appropriate party, local and/or external, the reasons for the variances between periods based on a variety of complex journal entries done (freight, labor force, warehouse allocations) or on reports delivered (Budget Flash Report, COI Walks) which show financial statements for markets or specific cost centers. The senior has to be very analytical and he has to provide insight comments and explain any difference in the repots. Additionally the responsible has to prepare several reports of this area related daily and monthly transactions.

Creates reporting capabilities for future requirements according to stakeholders’ needs and requirements
