Ar/billing & invoicing analyst

Descripción general

Customer invoicing either manual or automate.
Manage and escalate billing dispute to business or country finance contacts as appropriately and follow up with ensure resolution.
Review and respond to any billing and payment queries received from the clients.
Improve billing accuracy and automate invoicing process as part of Empower program.
Review the completeness of Billing-Interface reconciliation and month end AR to GL reconciliation.
Point of escalation for all AR process and systems problems; embedding UAT and Go live of system changes and procedures when needed.
Ensure billing & invoicing process and controls are consistently enforced and consistently measured through KPIs in all Global SSCs.
Completeness of audit requirement; control and compliance.

Cash Management:
Monthly bank reconciliation
Outstanding of unclear transaction less than 60days
Support the auto-reconciliation matching rate in Oracle

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Graduate or qualified to diploma/degree standard.
At least 3 years working experience & responsible in AR end to end delivery.
Evidence of comprehensive understanding of AR operation and audit requirements
Excellent financial skills combined with the ability to explain AR accounting concepts
Effective team player
A highly effective oral and written communication skill is required.
Resilient and durable, able to maintain momentum in the face of obstacles and setbacks.
Able to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in an effective manner.
Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands, high transactional process, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
